These assessments consider a person’s work history, education, skills, interests, and transferable abilities alongside their current physical, cognitive, and psychological capacity.

Our Occupational Therapists conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify realistic and sustainable vocational options, whether that involves returning to a pre-injury role, transitioning to modified duties, or exploring alternative employment pathways. This includes analysing job demands, labour market considerations, and any barriers to employment.

We provide clear, evidence-based recommendations to support return-to-work planning, vocational retraining, or job-seeking strategies. The goal is to facilitate meaningful, achievable employment outcomes that align with the individual’s abilities while supporting long-term independence and participation in the workforce.
